SimCity 4 is the fourth installment in the SimCity series of urban simulation games. Developed by Maxis, although originally created by Will Wright, also creator of The Sims and Spore.

Features
Sim City 4 is a game focused on the urbanization of a city where the mayor and a city is built up gradually. The goal of this interesting game is to reach a city where all citizens are happy to see the progress of the city, if they are not will move to other cities, however if you do it right the city prosper and citizens will love it, well this game is one of the characteristics that are more realistic because they have to take care of taxes, profits, safety, education, traffic, health and the environment.

SimCity 4: Rush Hour is the only existing official expansion for SimCity 4. Launched in September 2003. It focuses on aspects of transport in the city. Among other developments:

New types of roads: streets, highways at ground level, one-way road ...
New types of public transportation: monorail and ferry.
New drive mode: To drive a selection of ground vehicles, air and sea over the city. Although reminiscent of Streets of SimCity, this mini-game has little in common, used since the view remains the same as in SimCity 4.
